I saw Richard III (1995) with Ian McKellen. I notice alot of references to Pink Floyd. The battle scene takes place at the Battersea Power Station, which is a pink floyd album cover. And the shots when Richard “decides” to accept the crown, reminded me alot of the “up against the wall” section of the Wall. Odd for Richard III set in 1930’s Fascist England. Well done, Ian McKellen is very good in the beginning. A unique way he address the audience. I wish I knew Richard III better before I watch it.
