The plot is the only thing that really stood out to me. I’m disappointed to tell the truth, perhaps I should read some other reviews. When I saw Fitz Lang’s name come up I got all excited, yeah! this should be a very interesting movie. But instead it seems very standard, at least the cinematography and lighting. Even conservative. Maybe because everything has all ready been adopted. The characters seemed wooden, the story well boring. Violent, but boring. Hmm, I might be too harsh on it, but I was expecting the Big Sleep. Oh well.
