Rageohol spreads across England, leaving most dead and some rageoholics. The hero wakes up from a coma 28 days later, to this post apocalyptic London. Through some luck he avoids the rageoholics and finds some survivors. They in turn find more, and they together find more, who they have to kill, and then they live in the countryside until a jet flies over head 28 days later then the original 28 days. That wraps things up nicely.
