A chaotic mix of styles and cuts, like flipping through the television channels like a zombie on the couch. After watching it I felt as tired after watching tv. Tommy Lee Jones is excellent, one of his better roles I’ve seen. Same with Robert Downey Jr. I can’t say if its attack on the media is any more accurate with time. Since I first saw this, I stopped watching tv. The media has probably gotten more sensational, more demanding, definitely more conservative, but now I only read about it on the internet.
