I didn’t realize this was the sequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, until after the movie I put the dvd back into its box. I thought it was odd there was no explanation as to where the Turtles came from or why they were living in a women’s apartment, but chalked it up to the fact I was watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I guess I was disappointed. Someone in my apartment owns this movie and I was expecting to see some justification for it, which I didn’t.
