A supposed black comedy that is more middling and dull, then it is prophetic and funny. The acting is almost universally poor and the situations, while comedic in the abstract, never go that extra bit to become hilarious. It feels like ordinary B movie it is and nothing like the cerebral, dark comedy it tries to be.
