Light and entertaining the Dish is the story of a ragtag team operating an Australian radio telescope during the Apollo moon landing and the few foibles they run into trying to do so. The plot was entertaining, though relying far too much on comic relief. The quality of the acting was similarly sporadic. But it looked good, filmed in the golden light of an Australian sunset. An amusing film and unremarkable movie.
