After watching Barton Fink again, I find myself appropriately struggling to write this. It's a heady films, full of complex symbolism, working on multiple levels. It turns out to be not great Sunday morning fare, but I did thoroughly enjoy the black comedy, the banter, John Mahoney's soused Falkner and John Goodman's folksy, friendly devil of an insurance salesman.
