Unbeknownst to me, Live and Let Die is the Blaxploitation James Bond film. The main benefit is placing Bond in 1970's Harlem, though the vacant lots end up as cover for an underground lair. In the first half Roger Moore's most dangerous weapon is his lechery. The second half has a passable action scenes and a proper underground lair. Though throughout Bond mostly succeeds due to the incompetence of all those around him and not due to any of his particular abilities.
