Bond gets to actually spy, as well as be a sexual predator. It felt overly long, especially the scuba battle. The plot is somewhat plausible, SPECTRE stealing nuclear weapons from NATO. Largo has the nice villainous touch of a shark pool, but when he intends to kill Bond he just throws him in. Where other villains talk, he acts.
