A decent into depravity, drugs and sin with the self-destructive bad lieutenant Harvey Keitel. Episodic and free form, the film is a showcase for Keitel's fantastic performance. The lieutenant gleefully dives deeper into debt and progressively harder drugs until he finds (potential) redemption. And some good crack.
