Computer chess is a perplexing, unique and impressive period piece. A distinct and original vision, unlike any other film that I have seen. Filmed (and edited) with vintage video equipment it tells a bizarre, philosophical and comedic story of an early 1980s computer chess tournament, the meaning of humanity and the soul.
